Four men have been arrested for the murder of four people and the attempted murder of two others in KwaDwesi, Gqeberha.
Police said the shooting happened on 6 June 2026 when armed suspects entered a house in Mti Street and opened fire.
Four people died and two women were injured.The suspects were arrested on 19 June after a police investigation.
They appeared in the New Brighton Magistrate’s Court on 22 June. The case was postponed to 29 June for bail applications.
Police said the arrests were a major breakthrough and praised investigators for their work.
